Refund and Return Policy

At PureNADH, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, the following policy outlines your options for returns and refunds.

1. First-Time Customer Guarantee — 100-Day Money-Back

If this is your first order with PureNADH and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 100 days of delivery. No return of the product is required. Simply contact our customer support team within the 100-day window, and we will process your refund to the original payment method.

This guarantee applies exclusively to your first order and is limited to one claim per customer.

2. Standard Return Policy — 30-Day Window

For all orders beyond your initial purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return and refund under this policy:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You must contact our support team within 30 days of the delivery date. The return must be shipped and postmarked within the same 30-day period. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for a return under this policy.

3. How to Request a Refund or Initiate a Return

When reaching out, please include: your full name; the email address associated with your order; your order number; and a brief description of the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval (for first-order guarantees) or after we receive and inspect the returned product (for standard returns). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost. In some cases, we may ask for a photo of the damaged item to expedite the process.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on any returns. All eligible returns are refunded in full to the original payment method.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed (outside of the first-order guarantee); orders returned without prior authorization from our support team; and items sent back after the applicable return window has closed.

8. Subscription Orders

If you have an active subscription, please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to the standard return policy outlined above. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account, by email, or by phone.
