What is NADH?
NADH is the reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), where “H” stands for a hydrogen atom. As a natural coenzyme, it is found in all cells and plays a key role in the mitochondria—the “powerhouses of the cell”—by enabling the conversion of nutrients into ATP, the universal energy source for cells.
Thus, NADH is a central "energy carrier" of life and essential for the function of every body cell, including the brain, muscles, and organs.
The scientific journey of discovery began as early as 1906. In the 1940s and 1950s, NADH and its crucial role in mitochondrial energy production were fully understood.

"I took the product to have more natural energy throughout the day, especially to combat the afternoon slump. After about a week, I felt less exhausted, and after three weeks, my energy was noticeably more stable and my concentration improved."
