1. Order Processing
Orders placed through https://purenadh.com are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. The following shipping options are available:
Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after processing. An additional shipping fee applies and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Third-Party Fulfillment
PureNADH partners with third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment centers to store, pack, and ship your orders. This allows us to maintain efficient operations and deliver your products reliably. While our business address is in Hamilton, New Jersey, your order may ship from a different location depending on inventory availability and fulfillment center proximity.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@purenadh.com or call 866-660-7118.
5. Shipping Delays and Your Rights
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or high-volume shipping periods. We appreciate your patience in such situations and will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
In accordance with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase (or within 30 days if no specific timeframe was provided), we will notify you of the delay, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer you the option to either consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may reship your order or issue a refund.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or other household members. If the package cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. PureNADH is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request or notify you when international shipping becomes available.
