4. Subscription Orders and Auto-Renewal Disclosures
If you enroll in a subscription through the Site, your order will be automatically processed and shipped at the interval you select during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Before your subscription is activated, we will clearly disclose all material terms of the subscription, including the price, billing frequency, and renewal dates, and we will obtain your express informed consent to the recurring charges separately from any other portion of the transaction.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, emailing support@purenadh.com, or calling 866-660-7118. Cancellation is available through the same methods used to enroll, and we will not require you to take any steps that are more burdensome than those you completed during sign-up. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent future charges. If a subscription order has already been processed, it is subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
We will send you a reminder notification before each renewal charge is processed, giving you sufficient time to make changes or cancel if you wish. These subscription practices are maintained in accordance with the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) and applicable state auto-renewal laws.
5. Order Fulfillment
We strive to ship all orders within the timeframes stated on the Site. In the event that we are unable to ship your order within the stated period, or within thirty (30) days if no specific timeframe is provided, we will notify you of the delay and provide you with the option to consent to the revised shipping date or to cancel your order for a full and prompt refund, in accordance with the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR § 435).
