NADH Series

How to Read Your Own Energy Signals

Feeling "nothing yet" is usually a measurement problem. Three signals worth writing down, twenty seconds a day, and how to read the trend after two weeks.

An open notebook, a pen and a capsule on a light desk

Most people judge a supplement by a feeling on a random Tuesday. That is a bad instrument. Energy moves with sleep, stress, weather and what you ate, so a single afternoon tells you almost nothing about a change that builds over weeks.

This is the method we give our own customers. It takes twenty seconds a day and it works whether you take PureNADH or not.

Three signals worth writing down

  • The 3 PM check. At the same time every afternoon, rate the last hour from 1 to 5. Not the day, just the hour. Same time, same scale.
  • Starts. Count how many things you began today without a push: a call you did not put off, a task you opened before the coffee. Starts are the most honest energy metric there is.
  • The evening tail. What is left at 8 PM? A word is enough: flat, fine, good.

How to keep it to twenty seconds

One line a day, in a notebook or a phone note, at the same time. Do not add categories, do not grade yourself, do not skip the bad days. The value is in the row of days, not in any single entry.

When to read it

Not before day fourteen. Then compare the average of your first week with the average of your third. There are three honest outcomes:

  • The numbers moved. Keep doing what you are doing. Consistency is the whole game with NADH.
  • Flat. Check the basics first: are you taking it in the morning on an empty stomach with water, every day, and sleeping enough for the effect to show? Give it one more week with the basics fixed.
  • Still flat. Then it may not be for you, and that is a fair result. Our first-order guarantee exists exactly for this case.

What you are not measuring

You are not waiting for a jolt. NADH is not a stimulant; it supplies what your cells run on. Nobody can promise you what you will feel by a certain day, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. What you can do is measure yourself properly and decide from your own data.

If you are a PureNADH customer, The First 30 Days in your Energy Library lays this out week by week. Everyone else can start with chapter 6 of the NADH Series: what to expect, honestly.
